Mossback

Band Name: Mossback

Album Name: Rock

Website: www.twitter.com/mossback

Music Style: Rock

Label Affiliation: Unsigned

Hometown: Seattle

Country:United States

Band Description: Melodic guitar driven rock that still pays homage to the long forgotten art of the guitar solo.

BIO: Mossback was formed in 1994 in Seattle by Brennan McFeely and Paul Adams. A chance meeting at The Keg in the U-district brought lead guitarist Curt Hamblet aboard and the lineup began to solidify. Through ads in the Rocket Layne Bouche and Sandy Greenbaum were brought in on bass and drums respectively. And so began a ten year odyssey. Mossback played many local venues in and around the Seattle area. They began plying their spare money into recording, working with top notch producers Kevin Suggs, Gary King and Scott Ross to develop their unique sound. “Mishmash” is the culmination of over a decade of writing and recording and contains a wide variety of musical genres and styles. There’s something here for everybody. For those who like hard rock check out “On Your Own” and “Sanity”…For those preferring a softer sound there’s “Cold Wind” and “Annalisa”. Grunge rockers will like “Junkie Town” and “Nothin Left To Give”. And for the politically conscious check out “Cloak of No Consequence”, a song about the Tibetan struggle with genuine Tibetans’ chanting and singing backgrounds. Enjoy

BIO:

Artist Biography
Cody Joe Hodges’ music has been described as “real country”, influenced by some of the country greats from the late 70’s and 80’s – George Strait, Merle Haggard, Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, and Willie Nelson (just to name a few). With his thrilling, high-energy performance, it is rare that you will find someone that reaches across the aisle to both the old and new generations, but Cody Joe Hodges does it every time. Cody Joe Hodges’ voice ranges from silky smooth to raspy seduction. Cody Joe’s sound is something out of the past, and his writing style of the here and now.

Cody Joe Hodges started playing music at an early age, but it wasn’t until his senior year in high school that he became serious about his art. Cody Joe wrote his first song, “Daddy’s Dream”, his freshman year, while living in the dorms at Texas A&M University.

Not long after graduating from Texas A&M in 2006, the young talent spent a short stay in Nashville. Afterwards, deciding to “get away from music” and move back to Texas and join the Army.

While in the Army, (duty station, Fort Carson), he was playing music on a street corner in Colorado Springs with a homeless man, when he was discovered by an Army affiliate. He was then asked to audition for the group “Harmony in Motion,” a vocal ensemble based out of Fort Carson, Colorado. After auditioning, they extended an offer to join them, and Cody Joe began traveling across America playing for large entertainment venues.

Upon discharge, his dad had a talk with him about a career in the power line business as a lineman. This sounded like something exciting and also a great opportunity to draw upon for songwriting, so he joined the energy field in 2010. At the same time, he started a band called “The Linemen”, and released his first album in 2012.

In the spring of 2013, Cody Joe decided to exit out of the power line business and focus energy on his music as a solo artist, along with whatever plans God had for him. It has been a blessing thus far. With his first recording contract signed in Dec. ’13. Cody Joe Hodges released “The Good Stuff” album through an Oklahoma based record label, Tate Music Group, in November 2014.

In 2014, Cody Joe teamed up with Lamon Records, a Sony independent label out of Nashville, to record a four song EP entitled “One More Drink”. After successfully gaining airplay and chart status with his singles, he decided to release his first Christmas album, “Down Home Christmas”. The Christmas album was released in Oct 2016 and has 5 traditional country songs and 3 originals.

Cody Joe lives life on the road, constantly touring and trying to get his music heard. He also knows the road to Nashville well. He takes that road every other month from Texas to write songs and network amongst the industry community on Music Row. From humble beginnings, Cody Joe Hodges brings the drive and determination to attain National results.

Hence the Noise

Band Name: Hence The Noise

Album Name: Minute With Me

Year Released: 2017

Website: Hencethenoise.com

Music Style: Hard rock/metal

Label Affiliation: Unsigned

Hometown: New York

Country:USA

Band Description: Our volume goes up to 11!! Very addicting!! You’ve been warned!!

BIO: HENCE THE NOISE is a NY based modern metal band which consists of Chandler Mogel on vocals, Rob Russo & Eddie Vandenko on guitars, and featuring Robbie Russo, who is a 13 yr old inspirational prodigy on drums.
Rob Russo & Eddie Vandenko have a long history together. They have been collaborating in various bands in the NY club scene ever since they met at a mutual friends garage in Brooklyn NY in 1989. After a long hiatus from the music scene, they started writing music again and decided to put a band together
Finding a drummer was a no brainer. Rob’s son Robbie, who has been playing since he was 3 yrs old, was an easy choice. Robbie was born with a radial club right hand. It’s where the radius bone in the forearm is missing or under developed. In Robbie’s case, he is missing his radius. This has shortened his arm and caused him to have no thumb on his right hand. Listening to him play, you would never know it. He is a creative powerhouse with a style and feel well beyond his years. There is a natural chemistry between Robbie and his dad, since they have been jamming together ever since Robbie could sit behind a drum kit.
Their search for a singer ended when they saw an ad online for international recording artist Chandler Mogel. Chandler is most recognized for his work with Outloud and most recently as vocalist for legendary ex Angel guitarist Punky Meadows’ Fallen Angel. it was a perfect fit.
HTN’s debut album, which will be released this spring, was recorded at Room368 Productions by Ethan Bill who also performed on bass for the album.
HTN are not your typical cookie cutter modern metal band of today. They combine a more classic sound with a modern twist that distinguishes them from the rest of the pack.
Combine this bands unique lineup, musicianship, intense lyrics & heavy riffs, and you have a band that’s poised to be heard. Hence the noise!

Ronnie Clinton

Band Name: Ronnie Clinton

Album Name: Southern Pride

Website: https://www.ronnieclinton.com

Music Style: Country

Influences: George Strait

Performing Rights Society: SOCAN (CANADA)

Label Affiliation: Independent Label

Hometown: Cleveland

Country:USA

Band Description: Ronnie’s real-deal, no-gimmick approach emulates no one. From his silky smooth craft of delivering anthemic vocal melodies, all the way to his shredding-mad rockin’ throw-down vocals on top-shelf rockin’ tracks!

Bio: Ronnie Clinton is a singer/songwriter whose authentic home cooked vocal style embodies a realness in his
delivery and message that is in short supply at radio these days.
Three chords and the truth defined, right here right now…
The son of a factory laborer, he was born in Cleveland, Ohio May 24th, 1981. At the age of 14, Ronnie
began singing, and discovered an instant love of performing. His first ‘live’ performances were at his home
for family, friends and relatives, on a music stage that was built in the living room, turned music room by
his father. With mom, dad and guests regularly taking the stage, Ronnie let his singing do the talking and
by age 16 everyone was served notice that something special was brewing on their homemade stage.
His early influences were a mix of Country and R&B, that included the likes of Alan Jackson, Willie
Nelson, Waylon Jennings and George Strait, sprinkled with a dash of Otis Redding and Marvin Gaye.
By 18, Ronnie was singing professionally at local events in between his shift-work at a Cleveland food
processing plant.
While following his dream and working hard to get better, he’s endured countless gigs and saloons along
the way, all for the betterment of the songwriting, including the live and studio performances.
“As a songwriter,” says Ronnie, “I’m always trying to find new ways to say what I wanna say, and I take a
lot of pride in gutting it out vocally, while tuggin’ on people’s heartstrings.”
Ronnie’s real-deal, no-gimmick approach emulates no one. From his silky smooth craft of delivering
anthemic vocal melodies, all the way to his shredding-mad rockin’ throw-down vocals on top-shelf rockin’
tracks, his vocal prowess commands attention at every with every syllable.
“We’ve been singing about everything and anything that gets the blood runnin’.
“Southern Pride” has hit radio at just the right time. In a complicated heavily divided world it brings a
lighter side to have the listener appreciate just a bit more, everything simple and good… two elements of
todays society that are so desperately missed.
